But that is only one part of yoga. If you choose to delve a little deeper into your practice, yoga has the ability to transform your life – mind, body, and spirit.
Yoga is YOUR practice and yours alone. My mission is to guide your yoga practice in a way that works for you, in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Yoga is truly for everybody, of every age, shape, size, and ability.
I offer in-studio classes in Yin/Restorative, Yin Yang, and Hatha Flow classes. All classes are offered both in person and on Zoom. Recordings of classes are also available.
I also teach Chair Yoga and offer private or group classes on request.
