Welcome to Breeze Yoga
My name is Lynne Bereza, and for me, yoga has been life-changing. From the first moment I stepped onto a yoga mat, even though I had no idea what to do, I felt like I had found a home. Everyone’s yoga journey is different, but when asked why this practice has become an integral part of my life, my typical answer is that it brings me joy. Not the short-lived adrenaline rush of a great workout, but a deep-rooted feeling of peace, well-being, and complete ease in my body.
It’s true that yoga helps us develop greater body awareness, improves balance and posture, and increases strength and flexibility. But that is only one part of yoga. If you choose to delve a little deeper into your practice, yoga has the ability to transform your life – mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is YOUR practice, and yours alone. My mission is to guide your yoga practice in a way that works for you, in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Yoga is truly for everybody, of every age, shape, size, and ability.
